Too many people think ketogenic woe is all about fat. I try to explain that protein is a must and fat is just a lever. If you are trying to lose weight, your body will burn your body fat. Hi Sol, 1025 calories seems a little low. I would start at maintenance for 2 weeks to find out where you maintain at first.
